It's a big band from San Antonio, Texas that plays a mixture of blues, zydeco, New Orleans-beat, swamp pop, original rock ‘n’ roll and Gospel.

It’s “Ram Jam,” a memorial show/blood drive/fundraiser for Kim Hayes as well as a birthday salute to the memory of the late, the still lamented, Ram Ayala, the King of Taco Land. EFO will be on a bill with a bunch of other Taco Land-raised bands including Big Drag, Los #3 Dinners, Rice & Beans and no telling who else. Showtime is 6 p.m. We’ll let you know when we know when we’re going on.
Saturday–4/22–St. Mary’s University Oyster Bake– KSYM Third Coast Stage – 7 p.m. – It’s Fiesta and we go on between Los #3 Dinners and the Small Stars.
Sunday-4/23-SW School of Art & Craft Fiesta Arts Fair-1:30 p.m. between Lil' Bit & the Customatics and the West Side Horns.
Sunday-4/30-Celebration Circle, JumpStart Theater, 11a.m.
